I haven't touched a single weight since Sept. Where I maxed out on BP at 385lbs. After such a long layoff I don't expect to have such good #'s. I just started a Test E and Prop cycle. Does anyone have any good suggestions for a quick return other than me taking it slow but hitting it hard and heavy.
