I had always lifted weights in life and thought I was "bodybuilding"--however, I relazied this year that it is strength that I am really after--so, I am asking for help--my current stats are:

deadlift (hex bar-easier on my lower back pain) 430 x 3
squats 405 x 8

now- the bench is wherein my problem lies, I have an injured labrum on my left shoulder and no insurance for surgery--can I still powerlift without being able to bench or do much in the way of chest/shoulder exercises--please help me with a routine--thanks
