A Diffrent Kind Of Competion
I HAVE A DIFFRENT KIND OF BENCH COMPETION IN ABOUT 4 MONTHS. YOU HAVE TO BENCH YOUR BODY WIEGHT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN. EACH REP WILL TAKE ONE MINUTE OFF OF A 5K RUN THE NEXT DAY. THE BEST TOTAL WILL WIN. I CURRENTLY BENCH PRESS 350 1RM AT 200 BW. I PLAN ON LOOSING 10-15 LBS. BY THE COMPETION. I NEED SOME HELP WITH A BENCH ROUTINE THAT WILL MAKE MY ENDURANCE BETTER. SHOULD I JUST TRAIN WITH MY BODYWIEGHT X FAILURE. OR SHOULD I GO LIGHTER FOR 40-50 REPS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. MY GOAL IS 30 REPS MINIMUN. :lift:
