I have lifted 455 bench in my past 3 meets, I got 465 last thursday, with a easy 485 neg. with no shirt. Guess what I got the flu this tues. and feel like ****. Went to doctor and got z-pak, how much strengh should I lose, tues. wieghed 241 I'm on test and a-bombs
