    westside power / as protocols

    looking for recommendations on cycling for power.

    not interested in mass, just strength (hopefully keeping large % of gains).

    5-11, 210, lowish bf, 42 y/o.

    test, tren , var, and halo i've heard are good for strength gains. i like the idea of using eq to strengthen tendons.
