There are several products on the market today that can give you a major energy boost. One word of caution though....beware of the diet products. What I'm saying is that most products that advertise Energy Boosters are also diet aids, meaning that if you take them for energy you're also going to be dropping pounds as well. And that might not be what you're after. I know it's a battle for me to keep my weight up. So if I was to take any of these diet aids for energy it would kill my body wt. which in turn would start to kill my strength. Rightnow I'm using a product made by Labrada that's called Super Charge. It is a powder and it works great. Just drink it about 15-30 min. before your workout and you're ready to go. It also has Nitrix Oxide in it so it's pretty good for your pumps too. Let me know if you try it and how well it does.
