only advice is dont push too much weight and get bad form and injure yourself... just concentrate when lifting and youll get back before you know it

Power = strength + speed. When you lift, lift it explosive while keeping good form. Also don't let it down too fast, let it down slower and keep your form....form is very important in lifting heavy especially. For example when doing curls, keep your elbows tight to your side and only use your elbow to move the weight up and down, no other joint movements should be used for this. Not your shoulders or your back, just a straight up and down motion w/o changing your elbow position.
