    Biceps!!!bigeer!!

    hey guys i wasa wonderin if anyone had a workout ta get my arms bigger..i do 21's,and curls on a machine but they aint goin anywhere

    You did not mention your triceps. Be sure to train them too. Your tri's make up a third of your arm. Training your biceps alone is not going to get you the big gunz.

    i think very few powerlifters focus on bi's, we may dabbble here and there, but we would rather hit are tri's. more of a bodybuilding question. hypertrophy training to failure in any curl movement is the ticket.
