    Got joint/knee pains read this?

    I posted this in the lounge but I might aswell post here cause I recon some people here might not read the lounge.

    This was a lifesaver to my knees for sure.

    Got poor knees/joints? Want to do a experiment?

    Thanx johan, this might be my last resort, cause my knees are shot and I have tried everything. Do I just order that whatever its called from that site and thats it? should I start slow, or just go into 20g?

    yeah just buy it and take like 10 grams the first day to se how your tummy reacts and if all is good go to 15 grams and if you feel like it you can try and push it to 20 grams. If you notice dihareea just lower the dosage somwhat.

    Spread it out over the day as evenly as possible and give it a good 2 months to work.
    Give the ultra heavy weights a little rest aswell.
