    I downloaded it from Dc it wasnt any good..
    If you havent seen Magnus Samuelssons dvds try them instead, they are much better.

    Samuelsson can curl 315 4-5 times, he does it on hes new dvd.
    He also bench 600 for 2 reps

    I think samuelssons dvd is dead boring. If you mean the one sold through gymgrossisten? Got it for free with some protein.

    Jouka Aholas video is awsome though a little slow but hardcore when he deadlifts.

    i got it from a p2p network. it's in polish so it's extremely hard to get in the US.
