    Poundage Ratios

I know everyone is different but is there any "classic" ratios for the main power moves ("especially lower body). For example: My 1 rep max for deadlift is 375 and squat is 350 or so. Is there even an answer to ehis question?

    Bump.

There are just too many factors to give any kind of useful answer.

Yes. Generally speaking, if lifting raw, the deadlift will be higher than the squat. But, this is not always the case, esp in the 242+ lifters. Like RMBros said, too many factors to give ratios.

Thanks for the feedback. It was just something I wondered about the other day.
