    "whoa" feeling in the head....

don't know if its anything to worry about. but i've been lifting low reps, throwing in an extreme amount of effort, as everyone should, (while maintaining form) immediately after the set, my vision gets blurry...my head starts tingling...and i zone out for about 3 secs. this happens at least once every night i lift...

is there anything i should worry about?

u wont die from it. ur getting light headed cause all the blood is rushing to the muscle u r working out. if u think ur gonna pass out sit down so u dont bump ur head. also there are things u can take that will increase circulation. plus cardio will help.

See if taking a huge gulp of air before benching and squatting improves things.
