I lift w/ USAPL here in Texas, but like everyone else.....I HATE ALL OF THEIR STUPID RULES. They tend to take the fun out of competition. I would prefer APA, APF, USPF, but when it comes to National Level meets I have to go USAPL because I'm "Clean" and the advantage difference on the National Level w/ the other organizations just isn't a level playing field for me since they don't drug test. But I still do a few months w/ the other groups a year because I do enjoy them more.

Are you guys talking about the feet flat and no head movement on the bench, or what. I have only competed in IPF, USAPL and unsanctioned meets. What rules suck? I don't like how if I get a bench press locked out and it is uneven, it is not a lift. One time I took a step forward on a squat on my third lift and was disqualified because I missed the first two. I want to go to the USPF because there are a couple of young benchers that I want to compete with. Once I hit the juice I won't compete in USAPL.
