I wanna focus on bringin up my bench, squat & dead, but I still want to train bodybuilder style as well.
I was thinking on doing:
1-chest-delt-tri
2-back-trap-bi
3-quad-ham-calve
And my primary focus would be flat bench for day 1, deads day 2, sqauts day 3, & all else would be secondary work, not overdoing it, as so does not interfere with my recovery.
I have never directly trained for strength just bodybuilding.
