    ME squat day

Pin pulls(dont know the exact height but the barbel was around 4-5 inches below my knee when I started the pull) the last 3 sets.
352*3, 374*1(tried a second rep but it was impossible), 400*1(first I didnt make it, but a moment after some heavy metal music began instead of the disco shit and I got new energy and pulled the fucker, damn have never done anything as heavy as that before, feelt good ).

    Clean and press 143*3*4

    Pull thru 165*15*4

    Glute ham 5*4

    Knee raises 15*4

This was the most intense workout in my life I think, my heart rate was upp to 160 betwen the sets of pullthrus and I was breathing like a 90 year old doing a marathon.

I am in 148 weight class. But I am dropping weight like crazy. Not eating enough. Down to 140 by now.

Competing for one year only. It is difficult. But powerlifting is gratifying. Good luck in your training.

    May we all grow strong.
