    6/5 DE squat day

    box squats 140*3*9

    Cleans 140*3, 187*0.5, 165*3, 176*2

    Glute hams 6(all assisted with my arms)*3

    face pulls 100*12, 88*15, 77*12, 77*12 (the last 2 sets was done with best form)

    Incline sit upps 55 plate on my chest*12*4

    Leg exstension 13 plates*8, Full stack(15 plates)*3, 13 plates*5, 10 plates*6(last 2 sets done with a 1-2 second pause at the top).

    Did some pushups for chest recovery to in the locker room. 25-30*4

    I just wanna suggest something with what you did today, I dont know if you always do it this way but im just gonna throw it out there.

    Why dont you do your leg ext after you squat or after you do your cleans? You did them on your 6th exercises it seemed to me that they would get cold.

    Never thought about that, but acctualy I had the speed upp so much that day so I never got cold (sweeting like a pig the entire workout and breathing heavily). I just add quads incase I have time left after the main exercises.

    But if I start to get coldeness problems Im going to bump the exercise upp a bit, Thanks for the suggestion.


    BTW does anyone else feel the incline weighted sitt upps in your inner quad area??
