6/12 Maximum Effort BP
1. Chains Suspended BP: 45x4x3, 135x3x3, 185x2x3, 225x3, 245x1, 265x1, 275x1, 295xMissx2, 285xMiss Had a hard time getting my arch under the bar as it was set at 3 board height at the start of the lift..
2. Tate Press: 35'sx2x12, 40'sx2x8
3. Zemmin Pull-Down's: 140x4x12
4. Ab Wheel: 1x12, 1x10 with a 25 on my back. This was feeling kind of easy today, so I hooked a Mini-Band around a DB, set out in front of me, and looped the ends of the band around the handles of the wheel, to provide resistence while returning to the kneeling position. Then, to make things more fun, I draped a chain over my shoulders. I got 2x5 with the chain and band set-up.
5. Arnold Press: 40'sx3x12
About 50 minutes.
