Im finally back in the gym after some heavy work dont on my elbow. Had a deformed radial head and joint. How long do you all think i should stay away from heavy lifting? I am very confident i will get back to where I was and beyond. Just curious how slow I should go...anyone in here over come a torn ligament in their elbow or anything like this? I would like to eventually compete in pling as im not playin ball anymore. For now im doing all 10-15 reps to keep the weight light. Im also not going over 2 plates in any presses so sometimes reps are a bit higher. Any how just lookin for some input as my doc says go with whats comfortable...but thatll just get my stubborn slef hurt lol .
