    what should I do

    yeah guys I need info on what I should do different on my chest. Because everytime I work out my chest like gets swelled and hard the next day, but after a while of sitting and doing nothing it gets very soft andnasty lookin. like I dont keep the bigness that it had. what should I take or do to help that. Thanks guys.

    yeah but it stays for like a week then it goes away

    your one of those people that cannot take more then a week off. damn. like i can't take more then 2 weeks off. it happens. its your body. all i can say is eat right and keep that protein up

    yeah that is true I dont like to take a week off I just dont fell good if I do I dont get that high from it. could that be the reason
