What to do on off days?

Started WSB today and finished the first routine, WOW it was awsome. Is it okay to do cardio on my off days or maybe some rugby drills(running sprints). I can't see myself sitting around the house doing nothing. How about some lite lifting?

I am usually so fried the day after my workouts that I can't even get dressed, it's only PNF stretching to aid in recovery. Listen to your body as far as its threshold, it knows best.

I agree. If you work your fucking ass off the day before, then it will only benifit your muscle's. It will allow them to recover and build. Your body will thank you with results.

Well if you have a severe case of narcolepsy I would say a treadmill experience can be life threatening

I'm sure you'll be fine though.

You can do extra workouts such as sled dragging, sport specific plyometrics or agility drills to improve aspects of your rugby game,or feeder workouts to help recovery.
Like the other members said be sure to not overtrain if you're not up to it take the day off. This is extra work not part of your mandated training schedule.

    Stay stong,
