hello all,i'll introduce myself also,i'm 32 5'8"..offseason weight fluctuates around 185-190,come contest time i drop to the last few weeks and compete at 181..i have been a bench only guy for years but i'm trying to get the other lifts up as well to take them to the platform.i train westside and it has taken my bench from a 350 to a 410 all same shirt,all same weight class.i have done a 420 in the gym and hope to get that in a meet aug 17.thanks for the invite powerlifterjay.....:lift:
