    I guess I need an intro too

    Hello to all. Jay also brought me over here. Looks like a good enough place. Hope to contribute some.

    I am a fairly new powerlifter in the 220's. Been training with the iron for around 10 years, but only powerlifted for one year. But in that time went from being a mid flight lifter to going in the last 5 lifters every single meet I enter, regardless of bodyweight. Took best lifter 10 weeks ago, and won a little money in the pro division a couple or 3 weeks ago.

    I am not a world record holder, or a WPO guy, yet, but whatever I can contribute to the group, I will try and do so.
