    squat suit help

when ever i try and squat in a squat suit, my belt locks up on my hips and i cant get past parallel. Any one have any tips on preventing my belt from locking up and stopping me from going past parallel??

i try pushiong my stomach out, but it worked little to none.

Try pulling up the belt in the back. It works for me.

thanks for the advice... i cant play with the positioning of my belt too much, as i have a really compact torso. Like there is almost no room between the top of the belt and my lower ribs, and the bottom of the belt and my hips...

I'll try pulling the belt up in the back.

Other then what teen myth said i would say try doing a little free fall for the last 6inches and spring back up. Ya knwo a little mini dip! You could loosen the belt up one notch.
