    8/12 maximum Effort Sq/Dl (Sort of...)

    TWC, BD and I all needed a little break from regular ME work, so we:

    1. Sled Dragging (Trips of 250 feet, Pulling forward and backwards for a round trip of 500 feet): 100, 125, 145, 195 (for a half trip in each direction)

    2. Glute Hams; 4x10

    3. Standing Abs: 95x4x12

    4. Hammer Curls: 30'sx4x12

    Erman,
    do you do sled dragging ever week?

    and whats up with that picture of the bench? Is it SORINEX, they sometimes have some weird equipment

    Ideally, I would drag twice a week; but sometimes my life gets in the way of my lifting. During the slower months, I try to pull twice a week for lower body, in the afternoon after training in the morning. In the spring and summer, my job usually takes care of gpp work. I do "extra" band work for my bench.

    The pic is from Nebraska's weight room, I thought it was kinda cool looking.
