APF records

hey guys I emailed hugeiron about a week ago or so and they havn't gotten back to me. I was wondering if anyone can help me out on some records in APF. I had the number, BUT i kinda lost it if no one knows about the records does anyone have the number?

I wanted the SQ/BP/DL records for 181,198,and 220 weight classes.

I know freak holds some of these records so I'm comin after them

Cubanito those are all in Kilos i believe. I'm not sure if there the Teens tough so you better check. Ermantroudt if yoiu kno the teens could you post thelm for him.

GRIMM thanks I was hoping they woulda been KILOS or else Iwas gonna say for some of them SO LOW. But I don't think they're teens either 18-19 year old division.

HOLY SHIT those fucking records are HIGHER than I thought.

Why is it that no offense to APA but it's ALOT weaker than APF? I mean I have an APA record and after seeing these APF records I feel like that record AINT SHIT. I wanted to go in DEC and bring home a record well I don't see that happening this DEC maybe next.

APF is the shit. If yoiu wat a record bad enough man you are gonna have to work for it in the APF. Maybe if you started training your squat your deads would go up more considering they use the same mucles. I know it has helped me. Train hard , and if your gonna do the APF meet in Dec. you BETTER start training you SQUAT.

Well as of now I'm stil gonna do the DEC meet, BUT one thing I havn't been squatting bare back with the bar. And I feel that I can Squat ALOT more when I either have a towel or a pad or the manta ray on the bar; YES the "pussy pad".

Well if APF is a bad bitch org than I guess I'm just gonna have to train harder for it all.
