    8/19 Maximum Effort Sq/Dl

    1. Paralell Box Squats w/ Canvas suit bottoms: 45x3x3, 135x3x2, 225x1, 245x1, 335x1, 385x1, 425xMiss I never got to the box, I was stopping about 2.5" off the box. Looks like I will be staying with my Boss suit for this meet. My hips were very wobbly, back to a steady diet of kneeling squats and ultra-wide sumo's.

    2. Glute Ham Bench: Light Bandx4x12

    3. Decline Bench Sit-up's: 45x4x6

FYI: I will be on vacation next week, if you have a question for me, please post it on Saturday of this coming weekend.

Man thatsuit must be tight if yu couldn't get to the box. I have never liked doing kneeling squats because the weight that i can use is to detrimental to my knees and not helpful enought to my hips. Low box squats 2-3 inches below arereally good for the hips. You might benefit more frm them as it is a closer movement to the actual squat. Throw in some abductor/adductor work as well , even if it is on the chick machine.
