    Finished WSB 9wk, now what?

I finished up the 9wk basic (Dave Tate) and I'd like to continue doing some sort of power lifting routine so I can get stronger. I don't have access to chains or bands. I was really happy with my results and would like to improve some more.

Any suggestions on what type of routine I should look into? Where could find one?

    6ft, 223lb, bf%? 15-20

Why not stay with westside if it worked? Just alter your exercises and strengthen your weaknesses. Are you looking for a brand new routine?

Honestly, I don't know. This was my first probe into the world of PL'ing. What do you think, new or stick with the basic one? Not quite sure which exercises to alter.

Why not test your lifts, see how much you have gained. You can do the routine again. Have you indentified any weak areas? The next time around you can tailor your workouts to hit your weak areas.

stick with it. Those are sme great gains in 2 months and yoiursize will still o up as well. If you noticed your tris are weak then put another varieation in for them or for shulders , back ect.

I think my tri's are strong, I think it's more my form then anything on the bench. If I keep my elbows in then my wrists hurt and I don't think I'm pushing with my feet. If I stuggle it seems that my feet want to lift off the ground. What's up with that?
