thanks for the warm welcome...now here's my situation

i may have a bulging disc and some torked back muscles from a couple weeks ago. its getting better but i havent squatted or done anything really except DE bench on sunday. i hope i can get bck to squatting and stuff..

i just found out that on sep. 28th there is a meet...and i was thinking i would do bench-only..

i gotta order bands, i gotta order a shirt...i may be screwed, as there are 2 meets i know of year-round in this place

If benching doesnt hurt your back to it. I woudl lay off the other shit an dfocus on bench righ tnow till you get better. If it hurts dont do it. Just make sure you dont hurt them worse. Of course you can always travel to a meet. Where you at?

i'm in central wisconsin. i'm too young to drive..i'd have to travel with my parents and to tell you the truth, i dont think they care/agree/support whatever i do, so i might have to wait another year to travel..
