    band tension?

    how do you tell how much band tension there is when there's certain bands rigged up?

    you rig your bands up, build boxes up to that height, put the scale up there, and put the bar on the scale. take that weight and subtract 45 or 55 or whatever the bar weighs and that's the band tension.
