    9-28 ME day

    floor press: 70x5, 84x3, 125x3, 145x3, 174x1, 174x3 (ran out of weights)
    lying BB extensions: 75x10x6 sets
    CG bench: 3x10
    one arm press: 20x15x3 sets

    sore already. i ran out of f'n plastic/cement weights for floor press so i guess 174 is a PR. lol....im getting some real weights this weekend

    it's feeling BETTER, but not much..i can do just about anything that has to do w/ benching and the supp and acc work. tried squatting on a box(w/out weight of course) and it didnt hurt much till i came off the box going up...

    Good lifitng bro! Stay away from the back or leg work for a week or two. Trust me you wont lose anything. I dont squat or pull two weeks before a meet. Your back will thank you later when it pulls some PRs for ya.

    i'll stay away for another week and then try to box squat with LOW weight, like 30 pounds for a few sets. if i need to, i'll take another week off after this next week before trying this. thanks guys..
