    great post. just met donnie a few wks ago, he is a big SOB! very nice guy, he almost broke boltons total record at IPA worlds

    Doc. I have a question for you. I have tried to squat the way they taught, but it is very painfull for me in the hips. Is this typical? What do you do to correct that?
