    I got some chains!

    i got my chains!!

    got 20 feet of 5/16ths chain(thats all they had, and 2 caribeaners (whatever they're called).... now i get to do suspended lifts and stuff.. i cant wait.

    What other stuff can i do with these chains.. they're not the big chains that you wuld use on the DE workouts, (all 20 feet only weighs like 25 lbs)

    Sounds good. You can also do suspended benches too, not sure if you thought of trying those. They work much better than rack lockouts.

    good idea buddy...

    i was thinking about maybe trying some suspended bottom position squats or something as well... so many possibilities..

    If the chains were not too expensive you can always save up and buy another 20 feet. That way, the weight becomes somewhat meaningful and you can start using it on DE days. My chains are also not nearly as thick as the ones that the Westside guys use, but I've got a big heap of them on each side which weigh about 30lb per side. Works just as well.
