    Washing your equipment.

I think my equipment needs a good washing.. kinda reeks.

but the thing is.. my champion suit, which used to take 10 minutes to get on, now goes on in 3, and my bench shirt is looser too..

so i think i may wash it to get it back closer to its original size.

Now how do i go about washing it? hot water , cold water??? how long? hand wash? machine??

    any help would be appreciated.

I have heard that Titan Powerwash works well. I have never used it myself so I am not sure how it works.

I personally wash mine in hotwater, and dry on low heat. Seems to work well.

actually, if you want it to shrink back even more, dry it in a dryer.

    i do this pretty often.

Irish- i soaked my bench shirt in warm water and then threw it in the dryer for a light cycle... dont wanna over do it .

Maybe now that my poly shirt is shrinking, i'll get something out of it.

When it comes to hockey I never wash my gear...smells like ASS but it is a superstieous thing. Don't know if the same would apply to powerlifting.

i use to just drinch the shirt in water and complettly soak it with a water bottle and dry it. It will shrink. As far as poly goes though i just wash it cold and dry it.
