    Cleaning Home Gym

    Does anyone have any tips on cleaning the equipment in your home gym? My plates and one of my benches are quite rusty and I want to clean them up a bit.

    Hammerite paint! Give the item a quick brush with a wire brush to remove anything loose on the surface, and paint it. The HammeriteIt will encapsulate rust (to prevent spreading) and looks good too.
