Speed bench w/ doubled minis 8 sets of 85 x 3 / 135 x 1
4 board press 135 x 6 / 185 x 6 / 215 x 6 / 235 x 3
bent over rows 4 sets of 135 x 6
Pull ups 4 sets of 8
Comments Speed felt slow today but 4 board press made up for my doubts. These are fun as hell and i can handle some pretty good numbers on these.. i wanna do em again.. but i gotta wait a few weeks, dont wanna overtrain before contest
well you KNOW your lockout is strong enough for heavier weight.

i still feel my lockout is kinda weak.. its only like 40 lbsmore than my actual bench.
i move the bar so little on 4 boards.. only like 5 inches.... so no wonder i can handle 235
