    10-6 DE bench

    speed bench: 95lbs bar weight + minis - 9x3, very fast speed. had to start light; first time doing DE with minis

    nose crushers: 95x3x8

    plate raises: 45lbx2x10

    every monday and friday i'll be hitting lats, abs, and some reverse hypers.

    maybe mondays i'll do some curls. but shhh..dont tell anybody

    how did you like the feel of the mini bands?

    did you double them?

    and dont worry, i wont tell anyoine about the curls.

    way to go man. I know i've only been using minis for 5 weeks but i only took one week off from them I don't like the fact of leaving them single so they're always double.

    I'll tell ya one thing bro I'ma take up the fact one week on and one week off from the minis your elbows start hurting sooo much from using them straight(or maybe it's just me but tell me if i'm right in a month from today)

    i doubled the minis that day.

    im in the middle of a mental breakdown. i think im gonna start training for mass again, and do ME and DE bench days and a squat day(periodized squat)
