    10/6 Dynamic BP

    1. Dynamic BP: 115x8x3 Used a comp. grip, pinkie on ring grip, and a thumb length from smooth grip. Good speed, I lost my arch on the third rep as a result of my back coming off the bench at the top of each rep. All reps were paused. Focused on form and set-up.

    2. Green Band Pressdown's: 4x20 with band around the neck
    3. Green Band Shrugs: 3x15
    4. Zemmin Pull-Down's: 160x4x8
    5. Sit-ups: 4x15

Lean back at a 45 degree angle and pull the bar down to your upper abs. John Zemmin showed them to us.

An overhead cable machine. It is a variation of the lat pulldown.
