    New bench PR(s) and squat PR

    things felt a bit heavy last few weeks, but im still progressing..

    last week set a pr with 185 for 3 sets of 3

    this week i set a PR with 195 x 3

    im very happy..

    also squatted 285 x 3 w/ bottoms and wraps ( after a close call where i almsot fell forward)

    way to go bro.

    BigArnie is right for a while you've been doin max sets of 5 max sets of 3 maybe you should start trying some singles in similiar movements.

    Either way your getting stronger.

    I'm pissed I can't even fit in my suit anymore but I plan on droppin weight so i'ma hold onto it and see if I can stil fit in it if at 185 I can't fit in it you have another deadlift or squat suit comin to ya.

    next week is singles and then week after that is openers.

    i've been responding better to hgher reps (3 and 5) and since im doing flat bench for bench and normal squats for squats, if i max out each week.. i'll go to shit..

    get some suit slip ons and some baby powder..

    i have no problem fiutting in a suit i wore at 130, and im 145 now

    well see when I ordered my suit I was 175 and I ordered with the intention to go back down to 165 so i ordered it a bit smaller than my measurements like quads 1 inch less and waist 1 inch less, INSTEAD now i'm 208 so that suit was meant for a me 40#'s lighter the least 30#'s lighter. SO i either have to lose weight which I wanna do anyway or just give it up and buy a new one. I HONESTLY with two people pulling it up CANNOT fit in it. I'll try again FRI with baby powder.

    i just got suit slip ons and now i can fit into my z-suit... too bad i hate it.

    How is your belt working out deceiver? I am going to check this weekend at the gym if we have a smaller one. If I do have one, let me know if you think you still may need it.

    the belt actually worked out pretty well.. i was able to get most of them deep enough.... i'll know for sure on monday how its working for me when i go and take a heavy single.
