    deadlift

Hey I was wondering how old you were? I haven't done deadlifts in 3 years so I decided to do them today. I did 135 8x 225 6x then I went and did 315 4x could have done six but I lost my grip! Anyhow it felt good! I was wondering if that was good or not? I am 19 years old and weigh about 200 lbs. What does everybody deadlift nowadays? Thanks Jake T. ps. never done AS

    cool

Thats good man, how long have you been training? I was just wondering if you were all natural or not. I deadlifted around 500lbs when I was 16, when I was a sophmore. I also benched 335 when I was a junior and weighed about 200, I didn't know anything about supplements or protein. I am just getting back into it so it felt good to move some weight. I could still go over 400 but I would need some straps or something, plus I haven't trained deadlifts since sophmore year in highschool, about 3 years ago. I was just wondering if that is pretty good natural strength, since I haven't done that in like 3 years.

    thats good

Thats good, you must have been taught right. Form is essential. Like I said I haven't picked up the bar in like 3 years.
