10/26 Dynamic BP
1. Dynamic BP: 135+50lbs of chainx8x3, 185+70lbs of chainx1, 205+70lbs of chainx1
2. Tate Press: 35x12, 25x3x10 with a mini behind the back
3. Rows: 155x4x10
4. Snatch Grip Hi-Pulls: 185x4x3 Hit myself in the chin on the second rep of the first set.
5. Hanging Leg Raise: 5x12
Trained with APF Beast, Crash, Double Hitch, and an un-named lifter. Real good training session.

good workout bro. I've been forgettin to do a single after DE bench. I think i'll hit that up again tomm.
I tried minis behind my back with Tate press one mini band and 55# DB's I got for 4 sets of 8.
