10/30 Maximum Effort BP
1. Floor Press with a Light Band behind the back: 45x3x3, 95x3, 135x3, 155x3, 185x1, 205x1, 215xmiss, 240xMiss without the band, but it came off the chest fast, which is a good sign of progress
2. Rolling DB's: 40'sx2x12, 50'sx2x6
3. Chest Supported Rows: 150x4x6
4. Light Band Pressdown's: 3x15
5. Ab Wheel: 5x10

do you know how much tension the light band put at top for you???
I'm asking b/c I tried speed benching with a green round me and DAMN warming up with 95#'s and the band felt kinda slow going up.
