11/4 Maximum Effort Sq/Dl (Sick as a Dog!)
Felt like I was going to cough up a lung this morning when I rolled out of bed. Upon arriving at The Pit, I found the rest of early ass morning crew in the same shape, so...
1. Paralell GM's off the pins with the SSB and a narrow stance: 65x3x3, 105x2x3, 155x2x3, 175x3, 205x3, 245xMiss, 245x1 with belt, 265x1 with belt, 245x1 without belt
2. Rev. Hypers: 140x3x20
3. Standing Abs: 90x5x12
Depending on how I feel after work, I may do some glute ham raises and rows to the face.
