11/10 ME Bench (great day!)

Incline Tates
40/10, 55/8,8, 60/8,8

Seated Rows
80/10, 100/10, 120/8, 150/8, 80/20

Notes:
Today was a huge day for me, especially mentally. Before today, the most weight I had handled on bench was 455 (excluding reverse band). With my meet coming up soon, I figured I needed to try some heavier weights in the shirt, especially if I plan to try 500! I was a bit worried about trying over 455, but I am glad I did. My shoulder held up decent, but did cause the lockout to lag a little bit on 515. 500 felt good, even with the closer grip than my comp grip. I could have went to about 530-540, but my shoulder was killing me, so I played it safe. As long as my shoulder holds up, I think I can make 500 a reality on Dec 7th. Today was a huge confidence boost, especially handling more weight than I plan to attempt at my meet. My shoulder is paying for it right, but its worth it

Hope your shoulder does hold up and you get that 500, KEEP IT UP BRO.

Thanks Cubanito. I used my tightest Karin Double denim. I am really starting to get a good feel for this shirt.

Hey Chad,

Which shirt is it of Karins? Is it an open back with velcro or the closed neck? Just wondering, I was considering getting one of her closed neck shirts and wanted to see what they were like.
