    1. Reverse Blue Band Press with a middle finger on ring grip: 225x3x5, 275x3, 315x3, 365xMiss, 365x1, 375xMissx2 Made it the first 4 inches off the chest on both misses.

    I have heard this is what I should be benching in a double denim. Current PR: 295

    2. Press-Down's: 90x4x10
    3. Tate Press: 40'sx4x10
    4. Seated Cable Row: 180x4x6
    5. Average Band Rows to the Face: 3x15
    6. Standing Abs with a Average Band: 6x15

    Yeah, man if you can do that with a blue band with a good shirt that number is possible. Also, is your denim a complete open back? That males a bi difference also. All in All it seems like your doing great but, maybe practice in your shirt more often. GOOD JOB!!
