Heh you are stronger than me.
    When was your last meet?
When I started strength training 4 months ago I was 315/245/315. I had my first meet mid-Sept., and unfortunately bombed in the bench - racked to early, then couldn't get my 2nd and 3rd. I've put over 200 lbs on my total since then - I have a 500 lb reverse band DL (greens) - and I'm looking for big PRs at my next meet. Heh 3 of my training parters squat 800, 2 bench over 500, and the next guy down does 550/400/550. So I'm used to being the weak guy. :P
    btw I'm 6' and about 185.
