hey
some of you might remember me, probably not...
before, i was training for size. i got pretty big then got injured. i trained my bench with westside and entered a bench contest. then i figured out i was a closet BBer. now i'm dieting down because i got up to a fat 260 lbs. i plan on getting down to 230 and then monitoring the muscle vs. fat gain and then i plan on competing in PL at 242.
im losing a lot of strength dieting. how fast should it come back?
should i cut down to 230 or get strong as hell in the 275 class? reasons?
any new bench shirts since the fury that work well for a lot of people?
i cant make up my mind about anything

Vinnie Dizenzo has the theory Mass moves Mass, and after he benched 730, I believe him when he says that, so I am always trying to gain weight, any weight whether it be fat or muscle, but you seem to not like being fat, and you want to drop down, so i say drop down, but don't expect to be as strong as you were when you were big for quite a while.

yeah, i would like to be this heavy, but i'd rather the 'foundation' be concrete instaid of mud. my bodyfat got up to 25%, and that's just frickin unacceptable. i dont know how low i should drop though

While I agree with Vinny, it is your body that you have to live in all the time too. Go with a body fat percentage you are comfortable with carrying around, then focus on getting into the most advantagous (sp?) weight class with lean mass.
