DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND OUT WHEN THE NEXT UP COMING BENCH MEETS ARE IN NEW YORK STATE, BECAUSE ITS GO TIME!!!

What fed do you lift in? Have you checked the meet listings in PLUSA?

i dont belong to anyone specific i would be willing to join at the meet i just want to compete for some reason ny doesnt seem to have that many meets and the records for ny are hard to find..what is the PLUSA

Powerlifting USA, it has several pages of upcoming meets from around the country in every issue.

There is going to be a power meet at Iron Island Gym on December 7th.

AAU has the "NYS Bench/Deadlift Champ." Jan. 18 in Clyde, NY

WNPF has the "Upstate NY PL Champ." Mar. 2 in Waterloo, NY
