First Powerlifting Contest
I have a friend who is still in high school his first power lifting contest in march for bench and squat I was wonderng in powerlifting contest is it a 2 second hold then press up or are you able to bounce and is squat a 2 sec. hold too he is loosing wieght for it he has not lost any strenght he is curently weighing 165 and his bench is 275 if that good for his weight his squat it lousy i still have to work on it with him its only at 315 but he still has until march thank you for the help.
