Competition Grip

Hey guys i just wondered what some of u guys use as a competition grip. I relaly dont know what a competition grip is. Is it a certain width apart or what. Could someone please help. TYLER

competition grip ranges anywhere from pinky on the rings to index finger on the rings. from other posts I've read more PLifters tend to compete with a wider grip like index or middle on the ring because it'll shorten your stroke, and supposedly the arm angle on a wide grip will go well with a shirt. However, raw competitors, myself included, tend to prefer the narrower grip, with pinky on the rings.

When people say competition grip, they are usually referring to a wide grip, whereas any other grips they mention are narrower.
