    Westside vs. Metal Militia

It seems that, on the subject of benching, Metal Militia is carrying the day. I get the sense that people are moving away from the old Westside methods, particularly speed days. Hardly a day goes by when some fairly well known bencher is asking Bill Crawford, Sebastian Burns or Mike Miller for advice. What gives? Where did they come from?
